Returns and Exchanges


If you are not happy with your purchase, we can issue the exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.

So we can always improve our quality, please send an email to stating the reason for the return / refund. Also indicate whether you want the product to be replaced or if you prefer your money back. Once your email is processed, we will issue a return authorization number. All returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery, without signs of wear, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Defective items - is responsible for all costs of return and replacement.
Exchange of size / Customer changed his/her mind - all costs of return and replacement of products are paid for by the customer.
